Cancellation Policy

Your fitting and custom clubs are very important to us, and we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled fitting. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your session, and the same cancellation fee will apply.

Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full fitting fee. We will always do our best to reschedule your session at a time that works for you.
